Now that you have registered for the conference, your new or renewing SAN membership fee is due. Download the application and include

Step 3: Book your room
Our group will enjoy a special meeting room rate of $209 (plus taxes and $6 service
charge per person per day) until April 12, 2010. Our 2010 SAN room block begins
Wednesday, May 19, and ends after Saturday night, May 22.

Sitting beautifully on a pristine beach, all guest rooms feature balcony/patio, individual
climate control, voice mail/data port, TV with cable/Internet browser/WebTV and

Step 4: Arrange your transportation by air and ground
Marco Island’s proximity to the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers makes it a pleasant getaway. You will need to arrange your ground
transportation from the Fort Myers airport to the resort, approximately an hour’s drive. Various ground transportation is available at the airport, such
as rental cars, taxis and limos. For specific arrangements, call the Marriott’s concierge service at the resort’s general number: (239) 394-2511. Provide your flight dates and times.
Cancellation/refund policy
If conference or dinner reservations are canceled by May 8, 2010, registrant will be refunded conference and dinner fees paid minus an administrative fee of $50. If canceling after May 8, no refunds can be provided, as preplanning arrangements such as syllabus printing/shipping and food guarentees to the facility are required before the activity occurs.
Important note: 2010 add-on dinner policy and walk-in registration policy
Due to the island nature of this conference, all registrations and meal numbers must be final by May 10, 2010. For this reason, we cannot accept walk-in reservations on-site at the activity. Further, we will not be able to accommodate add-ons for dinners after May 10, 2010.
