Step 3: Book Your Room and Arrange for Transportation

Our group will enjoy a special meeting room rate of $221.00 (plus taxes and $6.00 service charge per person per day) until April 23, 2012. Our 2012 SAN room block begins Sunday, May 20, 2012 through the night of May 30, 2012.

Sitting beautifully on a pristine beach, all guest rooms feature balcony/patio, individual climate control, voicemail/data port, TV with cable/internet browser/ WebTV and in-room pay movies, mini-bar and refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Reservations may be made via phone or online.

Arrange your transportation ~ air and ground. Marco Island’s proximity to the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers makes is a pleasant getaway. You will need to arrange your ground transportation from the Ft. Myers airport to our location (roughly an hour’s drive). Various ground transportation is available at the airport, such as rental cars, taxis, limos, etc. For specific arrangements, please call the Marriott Resort’s Concierge at the resort’s general number: (239) 394-2511. Provide them your flight dates and times.

At the 2010 SAN Business Meeting, you voted that you no longer wish us to print the course syllabus and preferred online access and USB drives instead. At least a week prior, we will post this on the site.


Cancellation / Refund Policy

If conference or dinner reservations are cancelled by May 16, 2012, registrant will be refunded their conference and dinner fees paid minus an administrative fee of $50.00. If canceling after May 1, no refunds can be provided as preplanning arrangements such as USB syllabus and food guarantees to the facility are required before the activity occurs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2012 Add-on Dinner Policy and Walk-in registrations policy
Due to the island nature of this conference, all registrations and meal numbers must be final by May 1, 2012. For this reason, we will no longer able to accept walk-in registrations on site at the activity. We will not be able to accommodate add-ons for dinners after May 21, 2012.
